This was a quick and great read on Michael's journey to becoming an athlete and the supplements that helped him achieve the physique and athleticism he's known for today. I appreciated that he included his full stack progression at the end of the chapters. It allowed me to pinpoint exactly what I wanted to introduce to my own. His retelling of his training regimen also gave me motivation to revisit the fundamentals of bodybuilding. I've been doing so for a few years now and reading up on some of his training exercises actually made me realize who and how I suffered from a few injuries earlier on in my own journey. Glad he put this book together. Definitely think he should follow up with another!Product details

Good story of a tremendous athlete rising the ranks from high school to pros. Pretty general information on training but still ok.
One of the best High School athletes to come out of Bergen County he wasn't a cheater just better then his peers at that time the book tells you the items he has used and doesn't hide or run from it.
This book was awesome from beginning to end! The research done is magnificent! When you read the book and watch videos of Michael talking about things in it, you hear the honesty and the knowledge that he brings . You can trust that he knows what this book is about and what he is talking about he has done his homework and I'm glad I bought it.
As a two sport letterman in high school (track and basketball), a full scholarship athlete at The University of Pittsburgh (former Big East and current ACC), as well as two-time All-American, and a current professional basketball player since 2014 (Nigerian Olympic National Team, Angola, Spain), I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book as a detailed guide on how to supplement your body with nutrition in order to attain YOUR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL as an athlete and all-around person when it comes to physical and even mental performance. Thanks for giving us your secrets Michael. I will DEFINITELY be taking advantage of these guidelines in my daily training/ preparation as well as my next international competition.
